Information we collect
When you contact us or submit a project brief, we may collect your name, business contact details, company, service interests and the information you choose to provide about your project.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, prepare relevant recommendations, manage prospective client conversations and protect the website from misuse.
AI project planner
Information entered into the planner may be sent to our configured AI service provider to generate a recommendation. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information or other highly sensitive data. AI output may be incomplete and should be reviewed.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries may be stored using our website hosting infrastructure and processed by providers used for hosting, AI generation and transactional email. We aim to limit information to what is necessary for the service.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, records and legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information.
